Courts and Facilities

 

Top two courts - club courts that can be used on a free turn up and play basis.

Bottom court - is the public, village court which can be booked by anybody and an hourly booking fee is charged (contact Matt Trevail - see club contacts)

  • All three courts are used at all club times, for matches and club tournaments, but at other times the public court

  • A padlock on all the courts, the key for which is found in the drawer in the kitchen and we ask all members to ensure that all courts and the kitchen are locked up after use

Floodlights - on the two top courts only and can be used outside club times by booking using the diary in the kitchen (cut-off time is 8:30pm, except Sundays, 6pm)

 

Other club facilities -  a kitchen and adjacent toilet, which are situated in the Village Hall annex beside the courts

  • Information regarding court use times, matches and events, as well as a list of Members and Club Rules is shown on the notice boards inside the kitchen, as well just outside the door

  • Also in the kitchen are a supply of newer tennis balls that may be used at club times and a bucket of older tennis balls that juniors may use

  • Please use your own balls at all other times and tins of balls can be bought from either Malcolm Roberts or Mary Brown for £5
